Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders (Turkey) are delivered within 2–4 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs clearance times.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your package in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact us at info@armillasdesign.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide a return address.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my bracelet size?

Wrap a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper around your wrist just below the wrist bone. Note the measurement in centimeters. Our standard bracelet length is 19 cm, which fits most wrists comfortably with a slight drape. If you have a smaller or larger wrist, please contact us before ordering — we are happy to adjust the length at no extra charge.

Are the bracelets adjustable?

All Armillas bracelets feature a lobster clasp and a 4-link extension chain, giving approximately 2 cm of adjustability. This makes them suitable for wrist sizes roughly between 17 cm and 21 cm.

Gemstones & Materials

Are the gemstones natural?

Yes. Every stone used in Armillas pieces is a natural, earth-mined gemstone. We do not use synthetic, glass, or plastic imitations. Minor natural variations in color, pattern, and texture are expected — they are what make each piece unique.

What metals are used?

Our hardware — clasps, end beads, and spacers — is made from high-quality oxidized sterling silver or stainless steel with an antique silver finish, depending on the design. Full material details are listed on each product page.

Do the stones have any meaning or energy properties?

Many of the stones we use have been valued for centuries for their symbolic and metaphysical associations. Each product page includes a brief guide to the stone's traditional meanings. We present these as part of each stone's rich history — whether you wear them for energy, intention, or simply because they are beautiful is entirely up to you.

Care & Maintenance

How should I care for my bracelet?

Keep your bracelet away from water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Remove it before swimming, bathing, or exercising. When not wearing it, store it in the pouch or box it came in to protect the stones and metal from scratches.

Can I get my bracelet wet?

We recommend keeping natural gemstone bracelets dry. Prolonged exposure to water can affect the finish of the metal hardware and may cause some softer stones to lose their luster over time.

How do I clean my bracelet?

Gently wipe the stones with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. For the metal parts, a slightly damp cloth followed by thorough drying is sufficient. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and chemical jewelry cleaners.

Can I order a custom bracelet?

Yes. We offer custom sizing and can sometimes accommodate stone combination requests depending on availability. Reach out to us at info@armillasdesign.com with your idea and we will let you know what is possible.

Are Armillas bracelets suitable as gifts?

Absolutely. Every order is packaged in our signature gift box with a stone meaning card included. No additional gift wrapping is needed — it is ready to give as it arrives.
