By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. 3. Products

All products sold by Armillas Design feature natural, earth-mined gemstones. Because natural stones are formed over millions of years, minor variations in colour, texture, pattern, and size between individual beads are inherent and expected. These variations are not defects — they are what make each piece unique.

Product images on our website are as accurate as possible; however, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

We are not responsible for pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before dispatch.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.

In the event of suspected fraud or unauthorised payment, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the relevant authorities.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically within Turkey and internationally to most countries. Estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (Turkey): 2–4 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Armillas Design is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs agencies.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

7. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Armillas Design has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

8. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@armillasdesign.com with your order number and reason for return.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
• Items returned without prior authorisation

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Cancellations
